Shipping Policy
Skin of Sunshine ships worldwide. Orders are dispatched via FedEx, USPS, or DHL using standard shipping services.
We make every effort to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. All orders are processed once they have been placed.
Handling, Transit, and Order Cut-Off Times (United States)
Handling time: 2–24 hours (Monday to Friday)
Cut-off time: 9:00 AM (EST)
Orders placed before 9:00 AM (EST) ship the same day.
Estimated Shipping Times
- United States: 12–20 days
- Europe: 9–20 days
- Australia: 9–20 days
- United Kingdom: 9–20 days
- Canada: 9–20 days
- Rest of world: 30–90 days
Processing Time
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Placing your order takes only a few seconds, and we begin processing it right away. Orders placed after 9:00 AM (EST) are processed the next business day. From there, one of our carriers takes over. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note that carriers can take 1–2 business days to register a shipment in their system. If your tracking number still isn’t updating after that window, email us at help@skinofsunshine.com and we’ll look into it for you.
Delivery Information
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address you select and the availability of the items at the time you place your order. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses, so please be sure to provide a physical shipping address for your order.
Any shipping address that cannot be located on Google Maps may be delayed for dispatch.
When you purchase a product from Skin of Sunshine, any shipping times shown on the site are estimates only, and actual delivery dates may vary. All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title to the products, and the risk of loss for them, passes to you once we deliver the product to the third-party courier.
